Through the experience at General Assembly and AdHawk, I figured out that user experience design is a process of finding and solving problems by using multiple methodologies.  I have been exposed to a multitude of work in the digital domain. The hands-on experience helped me becoming proficient in using design software to better communicate my ideas and implement design concepts. I am passionate about finding the essential problems of usability and figuring out the best way to solve these problems.  My background in Communication Studies gives me transferrable skill regarding communication research, such as quantitative/qualitative research and content analysis. The knowledge allows me to apply diverse methodologies to conduct in-depth user research and discover user needs.
